Starting a perfume business wasn’t something that just happened overnight; it has been a journey of patience, creativity, curiosity, and endless late nights surrounded by tiny bottles, fragrance oils, and design sketches. It didn’t start with a business plan or a dream of turning perfume into a brand, it started as a hobby. I loved experimenting with scents and making perfumes for friends and family, creating unique blends that made people feel beautiful, confident, and seen.
What began as a simple creative outlet slowly turned into something more. Every time someone asked where i got it from, every time someone told me they loved how it made them feel, the idea began to grow:
What if I turned this passion into a business?
That single thought is what sparked the journey you see today; handmade, intentional, and built from something I genuinely love.
Sourcing the Perfect Bottles
Before I ever poured a drop of fragrance for my brand, I went on a mission to find bottles that felt like Art without losing the simplicity of handmade beauty. I spent weeks comparing vendors, ordering samples, checking glass quality, weight, spray consistency, and even how the bottle felt in the hand.
I wanted packaging that didn’t just look beautiful—but felt beautiful.
Holding that final chosen bottle in my hands for the first time was one of the first real “This is happening” moments.
Every Drop Handmade
I decided early on that this brand would be handmade, truly handmade.
I mix each fragrance myself, carefully building each note: top, middle, and base. I measure each drop, letting the formula sit, develop, and deepen. Some scents were perfect on the first attempt… others took weeks and dozens of trials before I found the beautiful balance I was looking for.
There is something special about creating a product where your hands touch every step. No mass production, no shortcuts, just passion, patience, and scent.
Labels Designed With Intention
Once the scents were perfected, the next challenge arrived: the labels.
Instead of outsourcing the design, I wanted to create them myself so every aspect of this brand reflected my vision. From the font choices to the spacing to the tiny details no one notices but me, I designed each label, printed them, cut them, and placed them by hand.
Each bottle is wrapped with personality. Each label is slightly unique. And that’s exactly how I want it.
Building a Website From Scratch
When it came time to launch, I didn’t want a generic website. I wanted a digital space that told the story of the brand; soft, luxurious, warm, and inviting.
So I learned.
Web design, layout, photography, product uploading, shipping setups… hours and hours of trial and error until the website looked and felt like home.
Nothing was copy-pasted. Nothing was rushed. Every page, every word, every image was chosen to reflect the heart behind the brand.
Why This Matters
Handmade means human.
It means intention.
It means every bottle is a piece of my story, not just a product on a shelf.
My dream is for every person who holds one of my perfumes to feel the craftsmanship, the emotion, and the love that went into creating it, from the first sourced bottle to the final packaged order heading out the door.
